The Forty Eight Resort Candidasa

i loved the pool!!! it was a little shady in the arvo. but was still good for a few laps in the evening. The room was spacious and had kettle and fridge. The gardens were spacious and we were treated to a strength show as the talented locals climbed up the trees to collect coconuts and trim the branches. Fresh picked coconuts $1 each :) beautiful view of the lotus garden from the restaurant in the morning- a lovely surprise! clase to money exchanges,, shops for gifts, clothes, wine, restaurants,basic groceries

Well maintained gardens and pool. The most comfortable bed we have had in Bali so far. Rooms have outlook to pool. Big rooms - huge shower Optional Outdoor shower a bonus Lovely night time lighting in grounds On site restaurant if you want to stay Outdoor verandah for drinks Great value for $$$ Lovely staff

The location was fantastic. Our private pool Villa was very large and comfortable and had just about everything you need for a pleasant stay - with the exception of wine glasses. The bed was wonderfully comfortable and the semi-outdoor bathroom was huge. The hot water was pretty good by Bali standards. The pool was excellent and the bean-bag style pool loungers were so comfortable.

The property was great. We loved it. If the rest of the family came we would have had the place to ourselves. It is small and quaint. Very quiet and the feel of the place is amazing. It has that real Bali feel. With beautiful gardens. 6 small bungalows. One family bungalow and one private pool villa. I booked family and 2 other bungalows. It was perfect. Staff weren’t in your face. But not hard to find if you had any questions or problems. Don’t expect everything you get in chain hotels. But perfect for for relaxation.

Beautiful surroundings, quiet and peaceful. Room was excellent although aircon wasn’t the best. Pool was amazing. Staff are great. The property is a little tired but we have just gone through a pandemic.
